Hands-on sessions where the audience uses AI tools on their actual work. Best for teams who want to leave knowing what to do on Monday morning.

Recent venues and audiences include the IRDG Innovation Skillnet AI Transformation for Business Leaders programme (commissioned cohorts), Beyond Inc. business community events, chamber of commerce sessions across Ireland, and industry-specific gatherings for professional services firms, government agencies, and innovation networks.

Audience sizes range from intimate boardroom briefings of 6-12 senior leaders to conference keynotes for several hundred. Most engagements are in Ireland or remote, but I travel for the right event.
