There's one task you've been avoiding all month. Let's build the AI tool that handles it.

Two working sessions for individual experts and small-practice principals. We build a working AI system around one specific task - you keep the system, the recordings, and 30 days of email support while you bed it in. €2,995 + VAT. One-off.

The pattern

There is one task you keep pushing to next week.

Most expert practitioners have a list of tasks they actively avoid. Proposals that take a full afternoon when the rest of the work takes thirty minutes. Research summaries that pile up because nobody is quite sure how to compress them. Client intake forms that need turning into briefing documents. Meeting notes that need to become artefacts you can actually share.

The tasks aren't hard. They're just tedious enough that they get pushed to the end of the week, and then to the next week, and then they hold up the work that actually pays.

If you're reading this, you probably have one of those tasks in mind already. Co-Builder exists for that specific task. Not for AI literacy in general. Not for a strategic AI roadmap. For the one thing on your list that's been there too long.

The real shift was using AI as a thought partner, not just a tool.

How it works

Two working sessions, a week or so apart. Four steps.

Target the bottleneck

Once booked, you fill in a short pre-session form to identify the specific task. We need to be clear before Session 1 starts about exactly what we are aiming at. Otherwise we lose time in the working sessions to scoping that should have happened beforehand.

Session 1: choose the system

Ninety minutes. We look at the task properly, define what 'working' means in a sentence you write, and choose the cheapest thing that clears the bar - sometimes that's software you already pay for, sometimes a structured prompt, occasionally dedicated hardware. The diagnosis decides, not a product list. You leave with a small piece of homework that feeds the build.

Session 2: build it together, live

Ninety minutes, seven to ten days later. We build the system together - you drive, I guide, and you provide the expert context only you have. Doing the work yourself, with me alongside, is the point: the second goal of the session is that you can do this kind of work on your own afterwards.

Leave with the system, the method, and backup

You walk away with a working AI system for the task you brought, a one-page runbook, the recordings of both sessions, and 30 days of email support for adjustments. At the end of Session 2 we book a short close-out call for day 30, so the month of bedding-in has a finish line. The system is the deliverable. The method is the bigger asset.

Seeing it work live gave me the confidence to act.

Personal training for AI

You bring the expertise. We bring the AI orchestration.

Think of it as personal training for AI. You could spend the next 40 hours wrestling with prompts, troubleshooting tools, and learning the hard way which approaches don't work. Or you can spend two focused sessions with someone who has already mapped the territory.

A personal trainer doesn't make you stronger by lifting weights for you. They show you the right machine for what you're trying to achieve, correct your form, and design a workout that produces results. Co-Builder is the same shape - I do the AI orchestration heavy lifting while you provide the expertise, and you leave with the skill of having done it yourself.

What people have built

Every session is different. Four examples.

A proposal co-pilot

Takes rough notes or call transcripts and generates a polished, client-ready draft in minutes. Brad Farris built this one - his testimonial is below.

An IP extractor

Queries your archive of articles, transcripts, and notes, so you can see what you have already said about a topic. Useful for book writing, keynote prep, and course design.

A content multiplier

Takes one core piece of content - a blog post, a video, a long-form article - and reshapes it into a LinkedIn thread, newsletter takeaways, and several social posts.

A client intake analyst

Processes new client inquiry forms, surfaces key needs and potential red flags, and prepares you for the first sales call.

If your bottleneck is information-shaped and repeatable, we can probably build something useful for it.

In their words

What people have said about Co-Builder

It was a slog to get started writing proposals - and I delayed sending them because I dreaded the work required. In under 60 minutes, Alastair built a custom proposal-writing AI that cuts proposal drafting time by 80%. Now having the AI prompt me makes it a breeze, and when I give it my notes the AI asks me insightful questions - that I'd never thought of - and makes my proposals WAY BETTER as a result.

Brad Farris
Business Advisor, Anchor Advisors

I came into the call with my project stalled. In 75 minutes, we built a CustomGPT as a dedicated project coach. It turned my scattered ideas into ready-to-use assets and a clear roadmap, so by the end, I had concrete next steps instead of vague plans - and a tool to help support me in execution. If you're stuck in busywork, Alastair's Co-Builder session will 100% help you move directly into strategic growth.

Common questions

What people usually want to know

What happens in the two sessions?

Session 1 is where we choose well: we confirm the task from your pre-session form, define what 'working' means for you, and pick the simplest tool that will do the job. Session 2, a week or so later, is where we build it - I explain my thinking as we go, you drive, and you provide the expert input only you can. You leave with a usable AI system and the method behind it.

What if my task seems too complex?

The pre-session form and Session 1 exist to scope this before we build. If a task is too large, we focus on a high-impact component or a streamlined version. The goal is a tangible win and a clear demonstration of how to extend the approach yourself.

Do I need any technical skills or software?

No. Your expertise is in your field; mine is in applying AI to it. I handle the technical side. You need a willingness to explore and provide feedback. We use tools accessible through a web browser.

Is this just about building one tool, or am I learning a skill?

Both. The tool is the tangible deliverable. The bigger asset is the method - watching the work get done teaches you how to apply the same approach to other tasks. You leave with a working system and the start of a repeatable practice.

How is this different from a template or a list of prompts?

Templates are static. A custom tool built around your work, your voice, and your specific bottleneck adapts as you use it and produces different output for different inputs. Brad Farris's quote above is specific - the proposal AI we built asks him insightful questions he had never thought of. That is not what a template does.

What does the 30 days of email support cover?

Adjustments and questions about the system we built together - refining prompts, handling edge cases, small tweaks as you use it on real work. I reply within two working days, usually faster. It doesn't cover building new systems - if the month surfaces a second task worth building, that's exactly what the close-out call is for.

Take the first step

Got a task in mind already?

If there's a task in mind already, the way to start is a Focus Call. Twenty-five minutes, no charge, no pitch. We'll talk through whether Co-Builder is the right fit for what you are trying to do - and if it isn't, I'll point you to something that is.
