Choosing a platform
The four main assistants are closer than their marketing suggests. For most teams the choice comes down to what you already use: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or neither.
Each has a free tier, a paid plan for one person, and business plans for teams. Prices and limits change every few months, so we've linked to each vendor's own pricing page rather than copy numbers that'd go stale.

- Microsoft Copilot - Microsoft 365 Copilot plans.
Whichever you pick, a business plan matters more than the model. It's where you get admin controls and the data terms you'll want once more than one person is using it.
