AI Adoption

For organisations ready to bring AI into the team's daily work properly. The work opens with a paid diagnostic sized to your firm: we agree where AI belongs, build the first working tools with the people who'll use them, and train the team to carry it forward. Led by me from diagnosis through delivery, and designed for handoff - you own what we build.

Who it's for: Leadership teams with a defined adoption problem - a team, a function, or a cohort of leaders who need AI working in their real workflows. That holds inside organisations of any size when the scope is clear. I don't run enterprise-wide transformation programmes.

What happens: Phase 1 diagnostic, then a roadmap, first builds, training, and handoff. Most clients start with a first engagement and move to an annual partnership once the work is in place.

AI Training

Practical, hands-on training that gets your team using AI confidently - not a slide deck that sits in a folder. I tailor every session to your industry, your tools, and your team's starting point.

I designed and deliver the AI Transformation for Business Leaders programme for IRDG Innovation Skillnet.

For larger populations, delivery runs across multiple working cohorts with a shared sponsor brief, a consistent core method, and a consolidated adoption review. Enterprise and multi-region programmes are scoped separately.

Who it's for: Teams of any size. Works for organisations adopting AI for the first time and for teams that have been experimenting but need structure. Previous clients include professional services firms, government agencies, chambers of commerce, and enterprise innovation teams.

What happens: Programmes range from a half-day foundations workshop to multi-week capability programmes. Every session includes hands-on practice with real tools, using your team's actual documents and workflows. Participants leave with personal AI action plans, not just theory.

Co-Builder

Two working sessions where we build a custom AI system together - a proposal writer, research assistant, content system, or whatever solves your biggest time drain. You leave with a working system, the recordings, and 30 days of email support.

Who it's for: Individual experts and small-practice principals - consultants, advisors, solicitors, accountants - who charge for their expertise but still lose hours to proposals, research, content, and admin. You know AI could help - you just don't have time to figure it out.

What happens: Before the sessions, we identify your highest-ROI opportunity. In the sessions, we build the solution live - using your actual content, frameworks, and workflows. By the end, you have something you can use tomorrow.

How every engagement starts

The Focus Call, then Phase 1

Every engagement starts with a free 25-minute Focus Call - no obligation, and you'll leave knowing whether we're a fit. Adoption engagements then open with Phase 1, a paid diagnostic sized to your firm: we map the workflows draining your team's time, agree where AI belongs, and decide together what the first build looks like. You finish Phase 1 with a costed plan and a working start, not a report. Training and Co-Builder are scoped on the Focus Call itself.
