What Counts as Private AI?

Consumer, business and local AI handle your data differently.

Consumer AIthe public square

Personal accounts and public-facing tools. Normally Non-Private AI for work, unless specifically approved.

Business AIthe rented office

AI provided under business arrangements. Can qualify as Private AI once your organisation has checked the protections and approved the use.

Local AIthe vault

AI on computers or servers you control. Can qualify as Private AI when properly secured and approved.

The Golden Rule

Never enter confidential, client, personal or private business information into Non-Private AI.
