Score one workflow with RATES. Get the group and the licences.

Set what AI may do, take the baseline, build the Golden Test Set.

Run

Use it on real work and track verification time.

Decide

On the Kill Date: Scale, Pivot or Kill.

> **Two timetables:** A small pilot runs in 30 days, a week per stage. A larger one takes six to eight weeks. Either way, the Kill Date goes on the plan first.

> **The One-Workflow Plan:** One workflow, carried from nomination to a verdict. Skip the baseline and the verdict is a guess.
